The place was clean and special, it had service-minded and very efficient staff from all staff members. Got the same pool villa with an amazing view booked online, really enjoyed that. The pool was excellent and I had refreshing drinks in the roof top bar. The location of the hotel was tranquil and exceptionally nice, close to the best beach of Koh Phangan.

The place was clean and wonderful, had fairly friendly and superfriendly staff from all staff members. We had well-organised room on both breakfast, loved the location, it was fantastic perfect in the middle of the island. Delicious and amazing breakfast on our deck was a nice touch. it was based in amazing building in a stunning location, on a beautiful coastline. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was absolutely perfect. staff were nice.

We had the most incredible time at a beachfront pool suite at Kupu Kupu! The privacy and stunning views were beyond our expectations. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The grounds were even more beautiful in person. We couldn't have asked for a more tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this resort! Loved the quick access to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean and trees. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was on point. , the food was simply delicious! The breakfast buffet was a standout with fresh fruit, eggs, and pancakes drizzled with syrup. We also liked the fact that there was a spa where we could indulge in various treatments, which left us feeling rejuvenated.

We did face a few disappointments during our stay. the room we were given did not match our expectations, and only had two twin-sized beds pushed together instead of a king-sized bed.

The attention to detail is impressive, with stunning rooms that are perfectly maintained. The staff is lovely and very accommodating, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options for vegetarians, and the view from the room is simply amazing.

The hotel offered a truly luxurious experience, fulfilling all my exclusive amenities needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with body scrubs, massages, and facials in deluxe treatment rooms. The outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided a relaxing experience by the beachfront. The restaurant offered a range of delicious cuisine and special diet menus with in-room breakfast options.

The minor issue with the hotel was that the maintenance needed improvement with creeky doors and rotten planks. However, this did not dampen the overall experience as the helpful staff and perfect service provided a fabulous stay.

The hotel had easy transportation to get everywhere on the island - I could take a local taxi directly to the beach or take a car ride down to the ferry pier. The breakfast was of high quality and had a wide range of delicious dishes.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort by the ocean. The location was great, with a private beach just for us. Our villa was spacious and decorated with a traditional Thai look, and the staff was attentive and helpful. We loved the decent, down-to-earth restaurant and coffee machine in our room. The swimming pool and outdoor area were picturesque and relaxing.

The housekeeping team was a bit understaffed, and our villa was only cleaned after 3 pm one day.
